Radha heads the Global Leadership Accelerator at Teach For All, supporting thousands of leaders across 60+ countries to ensure all children reach their full potential. She also serves as Chief Learning Officer for the Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future, leading work on inner leadership and systemic change. Previously, Radha co-founded Youth to Youth (Y2Y), a global movement of young people that brought innovative ideas to the World Bank. She also led public-private partnerships that expanded access to essential medicines for millions of children across Africa and Asia.

Radha is the author of Brave Now, co-editor of What Leadership We Need Now, and hosts a monthly talk series for the People First Community, a cross-sector coalition advancing a new paradigm for sustainable development. She holds an MBA/MPA from Harvard.
