Robbie serves as Senior Director of Research with Teach For All and the Global Institute for Shaping a Better Future. He leads research and learning initiatives to deepen understanding of holistic student development and teacher leadership. Prior to joining Teach For All, he worked with the World Bank to manage impact evaluations of education interventions. His extensive experience is grounded in direct classroom experience, having begun his career as a bilingual education teacher with Teach For America in Dallas, Texas. Based in Washington, DC, Robbie brings a unique blend of practical teaching experience and strategic research expertise at Teach For All.
