Gor Nazaryan is a specialist in International Relations and East Asian Studies. He studied at the Faculty of International Relations at Yerevan State University and later continued his education at the University of Duisburg-Essen, where he focused on East Asia through political and sociological lenses.

His professional experience has consistently developed at the intersection of the corporate and public sectors. After gaining substantial experience in the HoReCa industry and later in the IT sector—including involvement in his own startup initiatives—he joined Teach For Armenia in 2018. Alongside this, he has maintained advisory roles in various projects both within Armenia and internationally.

Currently, he serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Teach For Armenia, where he oversees the organization’s programs, internal operations, and strategic partnerships. In this role, he contributes to the organization’s expansion and the growth of its educational impact across communities in Armenia. Under his leadership, operational systems have become more efficient and scalable, supporting the sustainable development and long-term impact of the organization.
