Liana Ghaltaghchyan is the Executive Director of the Children of Armenia Fund (COAF). With a professional background in law, Liana brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in public administration and social development. Prior to joining COAF, she held key positions within government institutions and worked with international organizations, contributing to policy development and implementation, legislative drafting, and reforms aimed at strengthening the public sector.

At COAF, Liana leads the organization’s efforts to deepen and expand its mission of advancing human capital development in Armenia. Her work focuses on creating sustainable opportunities for children and their families in rural regions by supporting long-term progress in education, healthcare, and socio-economic development.
