Sargis Karapetyan is a technology executive and entrepreneur by profession, whose work over the past twelve years has evolved across software engineering, startup leadership, and ecosystem advocacy. Serving as the Executive Director of the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises (UATE), he contributes to advancing Armenia’s high-tech sector by fostering innovation, overseeing national initiatives like the Armath Engineering Laboratories, and leading strategic efforts such as the DigiTec Expo. A former startup founder and CEO with experience in both the Armenian and U.S. markets, he holds a degree in Computer Science and is a graduate of Draper University’s entrepreneurship program.
